iOS Object-Oriented Swift 2.0 Classes Classes with Custom Types

Have no idea why its not compiling??

The code is hopefully right.

classes.swift
struct Location {
    let latitude: Double
    let longitude: Double
}
class Business {
let name: string
let location: location

init(name: string, location: location) {
self.name = name
self.location = location
}
}

let someBusiness = Business(name: "The Biz", location: location(latitude: 3.44, longitude: 47.33))

Hi David, you need to set the location type to 'Location' not location. This also need to be changed inside the init method. Once completed, re-write the instance and you should have no problems. Also use uppercase letters when declaring Types. eg. 'String' not 'string'. Hope this helped.

struct Location {
    let latitude: Double
    let longitude: Double
}
class Business {
    let name: String
    let location: Location

    init(name: String, location: Location) {
        self.name = name
        self.location = location
    }
}

let someBusiness = Business(name: "The biz", location: Location(latitude: 3.44, longitude: 47.33))
