HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS (2016) Make It Beautiful With CSS Test: Styling by Element and Class

having a little trouble with the css file. the curly braces seem to be the issue. anyone found a way to place them.

just need to know how to place the curly braces without the numbers

index.html
<!doctype html>
<html>
  <head>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
  </head>
  <body>

    <p class="main-pg"></p>

  </body>
</html>
styles.css
.main-page {

For every opening brace you need a closing brace. Add a } to the end of the file and see if that works.

Also make sure main-pg is spelled correctly in both files :)
