1,475 PointsOk what I am trying to describe is that the web page I have right now has the font and pictures separated to the left and the right instead of aligning everything that is suppose to fit in the middle coming down.
Shawn Denham
Python Development Techdegree Student 17,801 PointsI can't help you figure out what's wrong with your code if I can't see your code :)
I need to see both the HTML and CSS that you are working with.

1,501 PointsWhile I haven't ventured into the HTML/CSS sections of Treehouse and I don't know whether this is a part of a challenge, it seems like you're working with a 12-column grid here, which places any content to the left and right (grid_7 and grid_5, 7+5=12, the columns are used for layout on the page), so try removing the "grid" classes, to see whether your content gets rearranged into one column. If that works, I suggest you wrap it all in a DIV with a class of ".wrapper" (or something similar) and center it on the page with
margin: 0 auto;
If the above don't work, then try putting your code on something like Codepen, for the rest to easily see, and maybe we could help you out then.
P.S: Also, it seems like you probably missed some steps about layout in your training. CMD + ] indents the code in the editor for better readability (that's what I understood when you said "I tried the command and ]", correct me if I'm wrong), but it doesn't really affect the end result. Reviewing some important steps concerning HTML and CSS layout could be useful.

Python Development Techdegree Student 17,801 PointsIt looks like he might be missing the .container for the content too. I would love to see the code :)

1,475 PointsHey Shawn how can I send you the code because I thought what I have pasted up there was the code.
Shawn Denham
Python Development Techdegree Student 17,801 PointsWhat you have up top is close!
I need all of the HTML code between the <html></html>
tags along with your css.
You can paste them in a reply between <code></code>
tags.

1,475 PointsI used the normalize and grid css from the tutorial video.
