having trouble creating a function that splits a word in half making one half upper and one half lower

i need to make a function that makes one half of the word upper and one half of the word lower and im not sure where to even start

sweet thank you thats more or less what i was thinking with the len and .lower and .upper just wasnt sure about how to go about splitting them from the beginning and end. thanks!
