15,682 PointsHaving trouble installing Android Studio
I downloaded Android SDK, and tried to follow the instructions for installation. It said to open studio.exe, but there doesn't seem to be a file by that name. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Can't give you any more help without any more details, since I couldn't quite understand what went wrong and what's exactly the problem. Feel free to ask if you have any other question :)

15,682 PointsOkay, so when I double click on "studio" it says that there is no JVM installation found. I set the location of my JVM the way it told me to, but it still can't find it.

28,449 PointsI think the solution is the following:
Right click on "My Computer" -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings (on the right side menu) -> Environment Variables... (on the bottom of the Advanced tab).
From there, under the System variables (second section) click on "New". Name it "JAVA_HOME" and in "Value" type the path to your SDK.
It was mentioned by Ben in the videos so you should've seen this in the videos, but it's ok :)

15,682 PointsI actually did that already, and nothing seemed to change. Thanks though.

15,682 PointsOkay, that's working and it opened Android Studio. Now it is prompting me to provide the path to the SDK. Where do I find that?
