//msg = "firstName + lastName" + ':' + role;

  1. variable names should not be wrapped in quotes
  2. a space in form of a string " " needs to be added between the first and last name variables, and after the colon
  3. the toUpperCase() method needs to be applied to the role variable: role.toUpperCase();
