Hello everyone. Can someone help me? I need to add the Image option to the Palette on the XML Design in Android Studio.

The image option does not appear in Palette

You are probably using a newer version of Android Studio than the one Ben is using in the videos. You should find ImageView in the Widgets section of the palette, at least that's where I have it (version 3.1.4).
