func greeting (person: String) {
println("Hello \(person)")
}
greeting("Tom")
Am i along the right tracks?

132,143 PointsWhat your attempting to do is create a separate variable called person. Its looking for you to call the greeting function with just the string "Tom":
func greeting(person: String) {
println("Hello \(person)")
}
greeting("Tom")
