Hi David,

The pseudo-class it's taking about is :target class which is new in CSS3.

if you don't know what is the :target class its a pseudo selector in CSS matches when the hash in the URL and the id of an element are the same. if you wanna learn more about it and when to use it and what for visit this link : https://css-tricks.com/on-target/
