Help Having trouble in throwing exception first task

need to throw an exception instead of just the try catch

int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
if(!(value < 0 || value > 20))
    {
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
    }
else
{
    throw new System.Exception("Not in range");
}
