Help Having trouble in throwing exception first task

StudentsCode.cs(13,5): error CS0201: Only assignment, call, increment, decrement, await, and new object expressions can be used as a statement Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings.Please help

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

}

catch(System.Exception)

need to throw an exception instead of just the try catch

int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
if(!(value < 0 || value > 20))
    {
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
    }
else
{
    throw new System.Exception("Not in range");
}
