Just add quotes to your charset:

<meta charset="UTF-8">

This is what theyre looking for:

<!DOCTYPE html> <HTML> <HEAD> <meta charset="UTF-8"> </HEAD> <BODY></BODY> </HTML>

When doing the challenge, dont add any extra stuff. Also, I think it wants the UTF-8 in uppercase. Oh, you left off the quotes.
