im trying to indext but i keep getting errors

    'Asia',
    'South America',
    'North America',
    'Africa',
    'Europe',

for continent[] in continents:

So you need to add two things, you need to check if the country begins with "A". To do so the first thing we need to think about is how to access the first letter of a string, you can do this like so:

my_string[0]

Like lists, strings in python can be accessed by index.
