1,855 Pointswell since you have a numbers array you would need to access the particular location of that array using the counter. you would do that by writing numbers[counter]. In conclusion you would want to add the numbers only and not the counter to the sum. the counter is really only used to help you keep track of where you are while iterating(or stepping through) the array. so the contents of the while block would look like 1. sum = sum + numbers[counter] or sum += numbers[counter].
