Not sure whats wrong. Compiler doesn't give me any hint as to what the error is.

close = 18
def hours():
return "We're open from {} to {}.".format('open','close')

I think you forgot to pass self to the method. Also, open and close are variables, so you don't need parenthesis' for them. Try this:
class Store:
open = 9
close = 18
def hours(self):
return "We're open from {} to {}".format(self.open, self.close)
