What is wrong with my code please..
<?php
//edit this array
$contacts = array('Alena Holligan', 'Dave McFarland', 'Treasure Porth', 'Andrew Chalkley');
array('name' => 'Alena Holligan')
array('name' => 'Dave McFarland')
array('name' => 'Treasure Porth')
array('name' => 'Andrew Chalkley')
echo "<ul>\n";
//$contacts[0] will return 'Alena Holligan' in our simple array of names.
echo "<li>Alena Holligan : alena.holligan@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Dave McFarland : dave.mcfarland@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Treasure Porth : treasure.porth@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Andrew Chalkley : andrew.chalkley@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "</ul>\n";

9,260 PointsHi again :)
your array was of the wrong structure, the array key needs to be 'name' and the value is the name of the person.
syntax:
array( key => value);
but working with multidimensional arrays it will mean that you are required to set $contacts as an array first:
$contacts= array(
\\ inner arrays go in here
);
the inner arrays will look like, with the comma at the end to continue the array.
$contacts = array (
array('name' => 'Alena Holligan'),
array('name' => 'Dave McFarland'),
array('name' => 'Treasure Porth'),
array('name' => 'Andrew Chalkley')
);
hope this helps?
