I am not sure why I cannot get my second constant to access my first constant to access a value
let currencies = ["US": "Dollar", "UK": "Pound", "JP": "Yen"] let ukCurrency = uK.pound
here I am supposed to get let uKCurrency to access the first constant.

9,320 PointsHi Christopher :-)
Your mistake is at the end - to access the value of the key "UK", you must use the name of the dictionary: currencies - followed by square brackets and the key:
let currencies = ["US": "Dollar", "UK": "Pound", "JP": "Yen"]
let ukCurrency = currencies["UK"]
Hope that helps!
