Hello guys, I'm currently studying Java with treehouse, I'm also working so I study in my free time which is not a lot, I've recently passed the data structure course but to be honest I didn't understand much, so I kinda of got discouraged and didn't keep going but I really want to get back on doing it, Craig Dennis is a great teacher, the best I've ever had it's just a bit hard to learn online, any advice. Need motivation

Java Web Development Techdegree Graduate 25,021 Points- You can do anything you put your mind to.
- Don't tell yourself that you HAVE to learn this faster than you are learning it. You have time.
- You are not alone here with the struggle.
- Learn what you do not know or understand.
- Action leads to motivation.
Learning a new language is difficult but the good news is that you are a human (or so I assume not A.I.?). As a human you have a mind and you can learn anything. Plus bonus, you have a relatively long life.
Try and figure out what it is you do not know or understand about data structures and focus there. Break it into smaller pieces. Re-take the data structures part on 1.5x speed and make a list of the things you do not understand.
You are not alone in the struggle of learning programming. I started over on the Java track after a few courses in, and it really helped. Also, something I learned from someone somewhere, action leads to motivation. You do not need motivation to lead to action. When you start studying and go over the material, it usually leads you to be motivated.
