Hello all, I need help with testing on the iPhone, I set up my developer account and now I'm ready to go but when I go into the devices tab in the organizer, my iPhone is not there to select and when I go to refresh it, it asks me to log in to my account and when I enter the log in information, it gives me a prompt saying that an unexpected error occured, what am I supposed to do? Thanks!

You need make sure the iOS version on your iPhone is compatible with the one within Xcode.

Ok so I realized what the problem was, it was because I had not yet paid the $99 and now I have paid it and got the verification code and activated the paid account and I am now waiting on the service. So now that I have that done, do I need some developers certificate so I can test on the iPhone?

Ahh. That makes sense. This video walks you through the process of installing an app on the device.

I watched this video but I knew this stuff already, but what I'm asking is that before you can do this process, do you need to have a developers certificate. Also, I'm stuck on how to enroll for the ios developer program. I have already paid and I put in my activation code but it says it cannot activate the apple developer program membership. What do I do now?

Creating the developer certificate is part of that process and is now created within Xcode. You can call Apple regarding the developer program. Not sure why it will not activate.

I did this also but the device is not even being shown in the organizer tab. I also created the device and all the associated certificates, profiles and id's and it's still not working. What should I do now?
