Hi, could someone help with me a different way of translating binary code, other than what is introduced in the video?

I'm having trouble with the 5 question binary quiz, and I could use some help figuring out this question: What number is represented by the byte 00000011? - Thank you in advance for your help.

Took a look at the link you posted - Still pretty confused. The way they explain binary is a little too complex for me. Thanks for trying all the same though. I do appreciate the effort... P
