what are the main things i need to install tell me how to install localhost and server in my pc windows how to interact in command prompt help me guys

For node / npm installation follow this blog post by Dave McFarland http://blog.teamtreehouse.com/install-node-js-npm-windows.

If you want a localhost I would suggest installing xampp: https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
