Hi guys! Does anyone know how to set the color of paragraphs to black using a hexadecimal value?

I thought it was p..

Hi Daphne, It looks like you're missing the semi colon's off the end of your statements.

Hi Daphne Cornelisse! First of all, you're doing great. Liam Topham is correct. You're missing a couple of semicolons. But the bigger problem here is that you didn't set your paragraph to black... you set it to white! :smiley: Remember white is the reflection of all colors simultaneously. Black is the absorption of all colors. So white is #fff and black is #000. Take a look:

  color: #000;
}

Semicolons! :) But if it's one line it should work anyways.

Heres the wheel

You got hex and rgb.

It will tell you what hex it is , the current color, as well as rgb, which is usefull if you want to make the color transparent.
