Hi I am trying to have a logo along with nav options but not able to get them in line

I am trying to get a logo on the left corner and nav option "home, about, contact" in the center of the header. But the logo and the text are not coming in line. If I put logo as one of the list items even then its not helping. Also whenever I am trying to manage the height of the header the nav items are falling off it. Please help
