the exercise say to crete a varible and assigned it the function. But i recive an error that i don't anderstand.

Your current code has the return type backwards, greeting
needs to comes first and language
second, simply switch them around and the challenge will pass.
Also you don't need to assign the tuple to a variable, you can simply assign it as the return
expression.
func greeting(person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
let language = "English"
let greeting = "Hello \(person)"
return (greeting, language)
}
let result = greeting("Tom")
