Hi i have built my own website and i am lucky enough to be able to get my first website job to start for a organisation. I want to be able to put on the page that the website is down for reconstruction and wondered do i just write that as a main header? I d love to be good enough to write it to write it in a way that it types it out each time in a different language but thats a big ask i guess? Let me know your thoughts and ways of writing it?? many thanks happy coding!

Well you could use Javascript and geolocation to find out what country visitors are coming from

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3489460/how-to-get-visitors-location-i-e-country-using-javascript-geolocation

And have it write a different response each time.

Unless you mean a different programming language and I've misunderstood you?

I wouldn't take down an old site until the last minute (and the new one was going up) in any case. So there isn't a huge amount of need to add a specific page saying it is under construction.

Thankyou for your help!

you can also use a re-direct through your host to point your site to another page or a subdomain until you're back up.

Thank you guys for your help!
