How can I add a like/share Facebook buttons to my photos on my website?

I recently created a photography website and I had the idea that people could like and share the photos with a Facebook like and share button below the pictures description.

How do I implement this feature in my page?

Is it possible to share specific photographs that would then be posted on the users Facebook page?

I am grateful for help. thanks

You could use: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
