how can i get my product reviewed by a high profile site in the industry. Can you please explain

Networking. Trade shows. Gain traction in forums specific to your industry (try the appropriate subreddit). Start with a low-profile site in the industry. Send your product to the site (it's office) and hope they open it, like it, and decide to talk about it.
