how can i write the alert "I DID IT" here inside the file?

firstly you need to close your script tag and just re-write the alert in shout.js.

Your JS code is fine, just move it into shout.js. (To modify shout.js, switch to that tab in the code challenge.)

but why it shows that i failed, and how can i move it help me please.
