How could I display the correct answers with each of the questions? Trying to go a step further and can't figure it out

You already have an answer variable so you could just concatenate with the question:

Same line

wrong.push(question + " The answer is " + answer); 

New line

wrong.push(question + "<br> The answer is " + answer);
