how do i download my imag to my workplace. i unzip. the file and dragged the img. to my workplace, yet cannot. upload

I downloaded and unzipped my images, yet when I dragged them to my workplace it will not upload. can I please get some help with this.

Try to delet the folder and dwonload it again, then drag it to the workspace. hope it helps.

The drag and drop function did not work for me either. On the upper left side of Workspace, click on File -> Upload File and there you go.
