How do I eliminate the video progress box at the bottom of each video? I feel like I've tried everything! HELP!

I can't see the video behind the progress bar.

On your PC or phone? I'm guessing you've already tried moving the cursor away from the video?

try full screen making sure your mouse is not anywhere near the bottom?

Also let us know what browser/platform

I just started with Treehouse today, and I've been having the same issue with all videos. The bar will not go away regardless of when the mouse is, and if the video is full screen or not. I've placed the cursor on my other screen; I've had the active window be the workspace window (course with video playing is another window). It doesn't seem to matter.

Using Firefox 32.0.1 as my browser.

I am having the same problem - I use Chrome. When I first began, it did fade correctly. Now it doesn't. The only "work-around" I've found is to go full screen and then reduce the browser (ctrl-minus) extremely - at least it makes the progress bar smaller. Of course then you have to ctrl-plus it back when doing code tests and moving to other videos...
