You can go to a different video page in the current stage by clicking on the circles on the progress bar that goes across the top of the page. The current page is represented by the circle with the ring around it.

You can also go back to the course index using the link at the top left (the name of the course shown above the bar with the circles). From there, you can go directly to any page in the course.
