How do I import the materials I created in the previous video?

In the previous video we created the materials that are used in this video. Yet we made those materials in another scene and they aren't immediately accessible in the current scene.

update: I managed to get the material into my current scene. I am not sure if that was before or after I did a manual import of the entire scene which didn't appear to do anything. I wasn't able to tell because for whatever reason my Maya UI is not showing the textures on the materials within the materials browser.

Importing individual materials from another scene file can be a bit tricky, so I would recommend that you just work through the lessons in order, and save your progress along the way. We'll try to cover more advanced import/export options in later Maya courses.
