13,160 PointsFirst off, designing is all subjective, so please don't think that any response to this question (including my own) is the 'end-all, be-all' answer. The first thing I would do is work on your placement of images. See how you can better incorporate them with the text. Instead of just throwing them to one side, allow the text to support the image and wrap around it on a side or something. You have too much white space going on and you can help with eliminating that by using larger fonts or some background changes between sections. Just using white and red throughout seems a little too 'less-is-more'. I think incorporating some different shades of red throughout along with the white could really help it out. Using something like this can help https://kuler.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/. I would incorporate some media queries so that for smaller screens your site is still viewable. Also, your header titles don't have to be centered and don't be afraid to use large fonts. Web design should not only provide desired information to visitors, but be able to grab the attention of those that arrive at your site.

Don't use such a bright red. Don't use so much red, mix in a complementary color. Left justify your titles. Use more consistent spacing between content and headings. Increase your photo sizes to help fill in the page.
