How do I press "return" in order to make the new line with "..." appear?

I'm using a windows keyboard. I've tried Enter with alt, ctrl and shift. The part of the video I'm referring to is 2:44 mark

I think you only need to press Enter.

Silly me was doing double ("") and not triple(""")

Had the same issue lol
