You have set 'profile-photo' as a class but have used id marker (#) to select.

.profile-photo {
  display: block;
}

hope that helps

ok thank you but why do i have to have a "." anyways? Just curious about this?

Heather Glasier dot (.) is used to select class. hash (#) is used to select id. It is the way to tell the css interpreter that you are referring to the class or id.

oh ok thank you that is very helpful.

Ah, you almost have it. Your forgetting to close your image element after class="profile-photo".

A image element should be closed with "/>".

Example: <img src="..." alt="..." class="..." />

Aemiro Allison using '>' or '/>' is not the problem. He has selected profile-photo as an id selector. (#profile-photo) it should be '.profile-photo'
