email_greeting = ("{} loves {}",str.format(name, treehouse))

You almost got it!

email_greeting = ("{} loves {}".format(name, treehouse))

Use .format() after the string and fill in the variables in order inside them, they then slot into the string! The 'str' just means string, you don't use it when calling .format(), it's just a pointer to you as to where .format() goes!
