how do we make the databases?

how to make that .db file extension with our own data ???

You'll need to make your own database, tables, and data in your tables in phpmyadmin, and than export it to get the .db file.

If you have an existing database tied to an application, than you can just go straight to exporting it in phpmyadmin.

but I can't find the .db format in the export section in phpmyadmin :(

I had to watch the video to realize they are using sqlite3. The most bare bones way to create your own db file and write data to it would be through the command line.
