Data Analysis Spreadsheet Basics Build a Spreadsheet Adding Functions and Formulas

How do you copy the formulas?

It's hard to see his shorthand, but how do you copy the functions into the other cells?

1 Answer

As with many other programs, the shortcut keys (on a PC) for copy are CTRL + C, and paste are CTRL + V. (I assume they are Command + C and Command + V on a Mac). You could also highlight the cells, right-click and choose Copy to copy the data to the clipboard. The last way would be to highlight the cells, then choose Edit --> Copy from the top menu.

Nailed it with all the answers Jason, thank you!
