They want it to be stored in a constant variable (a variable that cannot be reassigned) which has the name "value". Constant variables are declared using let instead of var like this:

let value = "example" // this creates a constant named value

yes any variable name with let infront of it make it a constant . var would make it a variable

let value = constant var value = a variable that you can input value in or the user can input value in.
