how does the print function work here again?

I forgot which video dave spoke about this and I just need to refresh on how it works. Thanks!

Here it is though

He doesn't really explain the whole thing. It's an HTML thing, you're using a function that looks for an HTML tag 'output' in the index.html file and then using a method of that object to store your message.

there's console.log to log to the console and document.write to add to the html. is that what you're thinking of?
