205 PointsHow long until I can code my own apps?
I am just starting the iOS track with no development skills at all and i'm wondering how long I should expect to be learning for before I can start making apps on my own?

It is very in depth and covers a lot of topics. So how long should you expect depends on how long you intend to work on the track every day, how fast you learn etc. No one can really tell you how long it will take someone else to become a developer.

I think it's the second set of lessons for the objective c course.

205 PointsOne more question: Is it going to be ok learning on a PC? I don't have a mac
& Thank you for the fast responses! I am not working right now, so I plan on spending 8 hours a day minimum

You can learn on anything with a keyboard, I'm using an iPad right now. Xcode on the mac does make learning it easier as I recently disco verve myself but I'm sure a quick google search will yield results on what software you can use on your OS.
If you're using treehouse you can do the code challenges in your browser anyway so you're not hampered by having SDK's installed to do the challenges.
