How many of you managed to understand Xcode part of Swift videos

So I have watched basic Swift with Amit and everything was clear, then Xcode part with Pasan came and I don't know what a single line of code stands for. Maybe I am an idiot, if I am the only one that didn't understand this I will give up forever but I wanna see if I am the only one.

There is so confusing syntax that hasn't been explained before, how should I know that? Did you know? I am watching all sorts of Swift videos for a couple of months now and I know nothing.
