How much has Treehouse helped you to learn the coding and designing of an iOS app?

I am on the free trial at the moment and I wanted to ask this question before I really starting investing my time and money using Treehouse to learn the coding and designing of an iOS app. I wanted to know from the teachings here, how complex are the apps you guys will be able to make?

I learned everything I know from Treehouse. The iOS tutorials here are the best on the web in my opinion. The self destructing message app course is my personal favorite and where I learned the most. It covers a wide range of concepts, especially the back end side of things. After doing the courses here, you could probably make any kind of app you wanted, whether thats a social networking app or a sprite kit game. New swift courses come out this week as well, so those should be cool to try out.

Dude... it all depends on how much you're willing to delve into it! Treehouse is amazing, but it isn't the only resource I use. Definitely get your feet wet here and read blogs and review Apple's source code in their documentation. You learn a hell of a lot from all of those combined. Honestly, use as many resources as you can muster. That'll make you a great developer insanely fast.

If you have any blog suggestions off hand, can you post them for me to look at? I am guessing the source code and documentation is all found in the iOS Developer Library?

Thank you that is a ton of help.

Sounds awesome Stone and thank you for your reply. I Appreciate it. I have been thinking about learning the coding for making apps for quite some time now. I stumbled upon Treehouse and decided I would give it a try. I'm hoping this is definitely the place for me.
