How should I navigate through lessons?

I started in the websites course with the project "Build a Simple Website" and have now completed all of it. Should I now go into the second project "Build a Responsive Website" or the Deep Dives "HTML" and "CSS Foundations"?

I'm not exactly sure what the Deep Dives are since I'm new and I don't want to skip ahead. Am I supposed to do each project first, or one project followed by the Deep Dives associated to the project I just completed?

Hey Aaron, have you taken a look at the Treehouse Learning Adventures? They layout a sequence of courses that is designed to flow smoothly.

I'd recommend that you follow a learning adventure, which will probably have you doing the HTML Deep Dive next. Deep Dives aren't super difficult or anything, they just go more in-depth on a specific subject. Whereas some of the projects give you a broad overview of how the different skills intertwine and work together.

I was just exploring some of that, seems to make sense! Thanks a lot, I'll join one and follow that path and see where it takes me!

It makes it a lot easier not having to worry about what to learn next. I've been through the Web Designer path completely and definitely recommend it! The Web Developer path shares a lot of the same content and introduces Ruby on Rails projects to the mix. Have Fun
