How to achieve `use route if true` in express?

How can I achieve if (true) {//use this route} in express?

Something like

var apis = true;
app.post('/posts/create', apis, (req, res) => {
    //codes
});

Where the path /posts/create won't be accesssable if apis is set to false

Is it possible to achieve it?

Didn‘t tried, but what about wrapping the whole app.post(...) with an if statement?
