How to change the value of the data received from an intent?

Gone through the intent documentation, twice, did not find a suitable method, going slightly insane. HELP.

FlightActivity.java 
import android.os.Bundle;

public class FlightActivity extends AppCompatActivity {

    public int fuelLevel = 0;

    @Override
    protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_flight);
       // Add your code below!
       Intent intent = getIntent();
        intent.getIntExtra("FUEL_LEVEL", fuelLevel);
        intent.putData

    }

getIntExtra takes 2 parameters (String name, int defaultValue).

You were given the defaultValue which is '-1', as well as the name which is "FUEL_LEVEL"

You were then asked to set the variable fuelLevel, which has already been initialized (3rd line of code)

With that being said you need to set fuelLevel to the new data below the getIntent();
