How to disable a button once it's pressed?

I'm building an iOS app in XCode using Swift and I'd like to know how you can disable all buttons once one of them has been pressed, leaving the IBOutlet to be displayed for all of them. My app is a polling app and I'm trying to make it so that the user can only click on one option, only one time, and allow for the results of all options to be displayed once a single button has been pressed. Here is my code in my View Controller:

class ViewController: UIViewController {

override func viewDidLoad() {
    super.viewDidLoad()
    // Do any additional setup after loading the view, typically from a nib.
    var testObject = PFObject(className:"TestObject")
    testObject["foo"] = "bar"
    testObject.saveInBackgroundWithTarget(nil, selector: nil)
}

override func didReceiveMemoryWarning() {
    super.didReceiveMemoryWarning()
    // Dispose of any resources that can be recreated.
}

@IBOutlet weak var votesDisplay: UILabel!

var counter = 1

@IBAction func buttonPressed(sender: AnyObject) {

    votesDisplay.text = " \(counter++)"

}

@IBOutlet weak var votesDisplay2: UILabel!

var counter2 = 1

@IBAction func buttonPressed2(sender: AnyObject) {

    votesDisplay2.text = " \(counter2++)"
}
}

I believe you need to create an IBOutletCollection, then access each button in the collection, changing their enabled property to false.
