How to host/deploy a clients light-weight web-app?

I've seen quite a bit on hosting static sites or front-end only sites for clients.

Anywhere from reseller hosting to simply using your clients log in to manage files on a as needed basis. However, as I have started making some light-weight web apps (using NodeJs, Express, MongoDb), I wonder how you host/deploy for your client when you are a full-stack(all-be-it lightweight web app developer). I personally use Heroku for the simple type of applications I personally tinker with, but the real question is: If you create a full-stack web app for a client, how do you get that online? Thanks!
