47,913 PointsTo check if all elements of one list/tuple are also in another list/tuple, it's not a super obvious first solution, but I think the best option is converting both to a set (which is basically a list, but without the order), and then checking if one is a subset of the other. Here's an example:
super = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
sub = (1, 2, 3)
set(sub).issubset(super) # Convert sub to a set and check if it's a subset of super
>>> True
