How to shoot just forward and move the jet just wright and left at the same height?

I'm working on the Extra Credit and need some help. In the Space Cat Course we can place our projectiles everywhere in the view but now they just should fire out of the plane and I have really no idea how to do that. Unfortunately the user also can move the plane but only to the left and the right. I'm completely lost! Every idea is welcome!
